Medical Military Draft exemption information
The following documents are required for medical exemption from military service:
1. The complete medical report about the medical condition.
2. Verification of power of attorney (forms S8 or S9 and S10).
Guardianship Military Draft exemption information
The following documents are required for guardianship exemption from military service:
1. An affidavit, about the applicant, by three relatives. At least one of the 3 relatives must present his/her passport to the consular section and sign the affidavit in the presence of an official therewith (Form S11).
2. Prepare a power of attorney (Form S7).
3. Prepare a warranty (Form S10).
4. Present a written application for guardianship military service.
5. Prepare power of attorney for pursuing matters at the higher education and military service institutions. (Forms S8 and S9).
6. Photocopies of pages 2-9 passport and the page holding the visa and photocopy of birth certificate.
7. 6 photograph.
8. Photocopies of parents' birth certificates.
The documents should be endorsed by the consular section of the Iranian Embassy and sent to Iran. The remaining stages of the process should be followed up by the applicant's representative.
