The following documents should be represented for registration of death:
1. The original English death certificate (In the case of transferring remains of deceased to Iran two copies needed).
2. The original passport of deceased.
3. The original birth certificate of deceased.
4. The original birth certificate of spouse.
5. Payment of 3 pounds to HSBC Bank, 92 Kensington High Street, Kensington London W8 4SH or postal order to Iranian Embassy.
6.  The relevant form (S14).
