Divorce Certificate
The following documents should be represented for registration of divorce:
1. The original divorce certificate issued by English courts.
2. The original divorce certificate issued by religious sectors.
3. The original marriage certificate or its photocopy.
4. The new birth certificates of couple.
5. The original passports of couple.
6. Payment of £16.00 by filling the credit card form or to HSBC Bank, 92 Kensington High Street, Kensington London W8 4SH or postal order to Iranian Embassy.
7. The relevant form (S3).
8. Attendance of couple in consulate with previous appointment to sign the relevant documents.
The time needed, to issue a divorce certificate, depends upon the number and case of the applicants and there is no certain time mentioned.
