Companies, organizations and individuals interested in
exhibiting relevant services, educational material, and
equipment , are invited to participate in the exhibitions
held during the conference. Due to limited available space,
interested parties are urged to send the interest form as
soon as possible.
CONFERENCE LANGUAGE:

The official language of papers and sessions will be English
for the international part of the conferenceand and Persian
for the national part
PUBLICATIONS:
-------------
Conference proceedings will be available in hard copies and
CDs at the conference. Therefore all deadlines are to be
strictly observed.
INDUSTRIAL VISITS:
------------------
Industrial visits to selected manufacturing centers will be
organized for the interested participants.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:
------------------
Local visits and travel tours to historic sights can be
arranged upon request.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION:
-------------------------
Assistance will be provided for entry visas and reception at
the airport for participants from other countries. Local
hotel reservations with special fares are available upon
request. Further information will follow.
SUBMISSION OF PAPERS:
---------------------
Authors interested in presenting their original and recent
work in the conference are invited to submit 3 copies of
their 300 word (1page)abstract to the conference secretariat
by May 1, 99. Authors with accepted abstracts will be
notified for submission of the full papers. Authors must
submit 3 copies of their papers, maximum 8 pages including
figures and tables, for review by the reviewers committee of
the conference. A page charge will apply to papers over 8
pages.
