Tehran, April 9, IRNA -- Coordinating Council of the Islamic Iran Participation Front (IIPF) announced on Monday representatives of over 18 political formations member to IIPF would join MPs intending to stage a rally toward the palestinian embassy in Tehran in a symbolic move for support for palestinians.
In a statement issued Monday, the council expressed the hope that the move by MPs and IIPF representatives would encourage parliamentarians in other states to provide key support for the Palestinian movement of Intifada in relentless struggle against the Zionists.
The statement said the political camp is determined to go ahead with its defense of the humane rights of the Palestinian people against the Zionists savagery.
It further said the Palestinians should enjoy the right to decide on their own fate saying the Palestinians would finally win this struggle.
It also condemned the United States for providing support for the occupiers of the holy Qods.
The statement praised the Iranian faithful people for providing their support for the Palestinians by massively taking part in the anti-Israeli pro-Intifada rallies on Friday while adding that the bloody massacres of Palestinians by Israelis created draw the wrath of Muslims against the Zionists.
The protestors supported the Palestinian Intifada and reiterated that the Iranian nation would remain alongside the Palestinian nation in its legitimate defense of its rights.
Meanwhile, Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly Mehdi Karroubi Monday said the continuing aggression by Israeli forces is a shame to humanity, adding that the continuation of their crimes is made possible because of the support of different governments, particularly the US administration, for the policies of the Zionist regime.
