Tehran, April 3, IRNA -- The cabinet in a meeting presided over by President Mohammad Khatami on Wednesday called on peace loving nations to take stance against the Zionist regime's heinous crimes in Palestine.
The call was made after the presentation of a report to the cabinet about the critical situation the Israeli military forces have created for the Palestinians through heavy armoured attacks against the civilian targets.
The cabinet ministers strongly condemned the Israeli atrocities against Palestinians and voiced support for the liberation of Palestine.
"What is going on in Palestine, is a human tragedy. All the  freedom and peace loving people across the globe are required to take a decisive stance in this respect," the cabinet said in a communique.
The cabinet also heard a report from Head of the Tehran-based International Center for Dialogue among Civilizations Ataollah Mohajerani and took measures to promote dialogue at the international level.
