The necessary Documents to reissue passport

 The original passport with valid visa and a registered envelop postal case.

  1. Completion of General Form (A1).
  2. 4 photo with identification on the back without hat and glasses for men, and with vale (Hejab) for ladies. In the case of having companions the photo of those who are more than 2 years old should be enclosed.
  3. Clear photocopies of page 2-9 of passport and the last page showing the exit stamp from Iran.
  4. The original birth certificate and for companions as well.
  5. Payment of £56.00 by filling the Credit card form or to HSBC Bank, 92 Kensington High Street, Kensington London W8 4SH, Banker Draft or Postal Order payable to Iranian embassy in London, in postal case.

 

The necessary Documents to renew passport

  1. The original passport with valid visa.
  2. Completion of General Form (A1).
  3. 2 photo with identification on the back without hat and glasses for men, and with vale (Hejab) for ladies. In the case of having companions the photo of those who are more than 2 years old should be enclosed.
  4. In the case having foreign nationality, a photocopies of foreign documents and the relevant forms (G1-1and G1-2 (2 copies), G8) and clear photocopies of page 2-9 of passport and the last page showing the exit stamp from Iran.
  5. Payment of £40.00 by filling the Credit card form or to HSBC Bank, 92 Kensington High Street, Kensington London W8 4SH, Banker Draft or Postal Order payable to Iranian embassy in London, in postal case.

 

Issuance of separate passport

The following documents should be represented to a separate passport:

  1. The original passport with valid visa.
  2. Completion of General Form (A1).
  3. G9 form based on separation of passport (by passport's owner).
  4. Payment of £5600 pounds by filling the Credit card form or to  HSBC Bank, 92 Kensington High Street, Kensington London W8 4SH or postal order.
  5. Payment of difference based of exit tariffs (if it was applied).
  6. 4 photos
  7. In the case of having the unlimited visa, a copy of Home Office letter should be enclosed.
  8. The original of Birth Certificate.

Exit Permission

Those whose residencies have been changed to UK could apply for multiple exit permission after transferring visa to the passport by Home Office. The following documents should be annexed:

  1. The original passport.
  2. The relevant form (G4).
  3. 1 photo.
  4. A registered envelop (for those who apply by post to return the form).
  5. Payment of £5 Pounds by filling the Credit card form or to  HSBC Bank, 92 Kensington High Street, Kensington London W8 4SH or postal order.

Inform.gif (70 bytes)  For those who have not done the military service and going to Iran for visit, they should fill G10-1 AND G10-2 forms.

Change the Residency Status

  1. The original passport with valid visa and a registered envelop postal case.
  2. Completion of General Form (A1).
  3. The relevant forms (G3 & G4 and for ladies G9 as well).
  4. 2 photo with identification on the back.
  5. The following agreements:

A: Father's for girl
B: Husband's for wife
C: For widows and divorced ladies the relevant documents.

  1. Payment of £5 Pounds by filling the Credit card form or to  HSBC Bank, 92 Kensington High Street, Kensington London W8 4SH or postal order.
  2. The relevant identifications about military service.
  3. A photocopies of foreign documents in the case foreign nationality and the relevant forms (G1-1& G1-2 (2 copies), G8)

 

General Information about Passport

  1. The new passports are 5 years valid and they would be renewed after 5 years.
  2. The owner address, page 2 in old passports and page 8 in new passports, is not related to permanent visa or residency.
  3. Those with UK residencies should apply for exit permission before travelling to Iran.
  4. Those whom residencies are quoted to be in Iran should apply for exit permission in Iran representing their original birth certificate.
  5. If the wife or children names were added to the passport, the exit permission should be corrected.
  6. The ladies with Iran residency should get the agreement form from the consulate, which has to be signed by husband in order to get the exit permission from Iran.
  7. In the case of adding the name of children into the passport, the agreement form should be obtained from the consulate for exit permission.
  8. In the case of adding the name of children into the passport, the travel permit should be obtained from Home Office.

At the moment, at least 4 weeks are needed to process a new passport.
