10 October 2006 Minister: Iran’s successes due to observance of Quranic preceptsQuranic Teachings-Minister Speaking at a ceremony honoring participants in the 14th International Quran Exhibition, he enjoined all cultural entities to conduct their programs and activities duly observing Quranic teachings. The minister also called on the people to help cultural entities achieve such valuable goal. He then praised the laudable efforts to hold the International Quran Exhibition here annually during the fasting month of Ramadan, saying it is an effective means of promoting the Quranic culture in society. Elsewhere in his speech, Saffar-Harandi referred to the victories achieved by the Lebanese Hezbollah in the Zionist regime’s imposed war in Lebanon, saying their victories were the result of their faithfulness in carrying out the teachings and guidelines of the holy Quran.
