Medical Section

The following documents are required for legalisation of Medical expenses:

Medical reports (original copies).
Hospital invoices, Doctors' and Medicine bills (original copies).
Copies of passport (pages 1, 6, 7, 8)
Copy of Medical Council of I.R.Iran Authorisation Letter for those patients received currency from above organization via Melli Bank Iran .
The Relevant form. You could print the relevant form and fill it in before sending the documents to the Medical Section hand them in.

Notes: The following documents would be required as well:

A- The original passport for those who pop in personally.

A self-stamp envelope for those who apply by post.

All payment receipts and other documents need to be attached.
